If you're wanting to slow your life down a little (or a lot) and do something fulfilling, origami is a great solution. It is wonderful for stress relief and anxiety. It keeps our hands busy, gives the mind a rest... and calms us down.
Origami can be very helpful as a companion to meditation. Folding a well known origami model brings our attention away from our busy 'monkey minds'. It allows us to tune into our hands, our breathing, our surroundings..ourselves.. and that which is beyond ourselves.
My videos are mainly simple origami models which can be learnt and memorised in a short time. I hope you find them useful.
Update: I'm sorry I've not made any videos lately - I had Covid in 2020 - am hoping to start making new videos in April/May 2021. Thank you for watching and subscribing! :-)

mine wont puff up!!! they just get wrinkly and if they do sort of puff up its only one one side and it looks bad
Hi if one side is puffing up that means you're on the way to be able to do it. Keep at it! You will get it if you keep trying. Have you tried going very slowly and press as gently as you can, watching for the star to puff up rather than folding in on itself. let me know how you get on 🙂

why is mine turning out so bad :( it wont puff up
Have you tried going very slowly? I know it's frustrating but you will do it if you keep trying. Maybe try pressing very gently and slowly with your nail in the middle between the points. Good luck you can do this!
U know what my classmates were not telling me the method of making this star but I tried it by my self and make it just the same ....this shows that I'm so intelligent
